Clothing Vinyl Work:

When build a clothing brand, the first necessary tool is finding a producer. With a need for a small amount of initial units for startup, any designer will find it frustrating working with manufactures who might charge $20 per garments for 5 garments. Most designers will take the risk, buying in bulk to lower price per unit. Being stuck with unsold merchandise before, and being detered by the waste the world creates by working in quanitys of massive scale, we opted to bypass the screen printing culture of clothing design and instead learn a vinyl cut and transfer process.

Being able to make as little as 1 shirt, lowers the chances of initial sale risk, and prevents the need for burning a new screen for every design. Creating specialized  designs that work with plotter cutters, optimizing cutting and peeling times, allow for us to experiment more with design, creating small batches of clothing at the same pace as large scale screen printing companies.
